We have a plant of more than 400m2 with full set of imported equipments, such us German high-speed polisher, German Yihuojia P-100 porcelain oven, and Japanese NSK polisher. The materials we adopt to produce false teeth are all imported, such as American Vera Bond v and Vera PDI cast steel, Japanese Max White soft steel, German Helishi noble metal, and Swiss Yihuojia low-temperature porcelain powder. The Swiss low-temperature porcelain powder has the characteristics of low sintering temperature and low rigidity similar to natural teeth, and it also overcomes the shortcomings of high-rigidity porcelain powder that wear down natural teeth. With the tender color, they look like natural teeth very much. Now we can manufacture all kinds of roasted porcelain teeth, noble metal roasted porcelain teeth, found total roots, part roots, Maryland bridges, movable false teeth, and transplat false teeth. The satisfaction ratio for our false teeth is above 97% and our advanced equipments, materials, techniques and reasonable prices are highly welcomed by dentists and patients.

We have a staff of more than 50. While improving the quality of manufacturing equipments, we also emphasize on improving techniques and training technical personnels. By training technical personnels and employing senior technical personnels, we now owns dozens of senior technical staff. Many staff specially trained by German Yihuojia Company and some others graduated from famous domestic universities consist form the backbone of our staff. We also send those outstanding staff to study manufacturing deformed restoration equipments in stomatological hospital of Peking University. Adopting imported film compressor, and pink and transparent plastic, we could manufacture many kinds of deformed restoration equipments, such as Activator、Fr-III、Twin block、Herbst、TPA\Nance expander, Harleys fixer and blanching teeth tray. In recent years, we have participated in international and domestic academy communication and publish theses for many times, and we also invite famous stomatological restoration experts for instruction which help our technical level develop with the world synchronously.
